Full-Time MBA Diversity Recruiting Coffee Chats

The decision to pursue your MBA is an important one, and our admissions committee wants to help you prepare for the application process and choose the program that is the right fit for you.  After learning about Darden’s MBA on our website, we invite you to attend a virtual coffee chat with a member of our admissions team.

Coffee chats are held in a small group setting (usually no more than eight), and are up to 45 minutes in length. These events are intended for candidates who have not yet submitted an application. Due to the high demand for these virtual sessions, please limit your coffee chat and MBA conversations sign-ups to 1 per month.

Potential Diversity Coffee Chat topics include:

• Applying and interviewing at Darden
• The Consortium for Graduate Students in Management, and strategizing for success in the application process
• Life at Darden, UVA, and Charlottesville - with a focus on diversity and inclusion
• External diversity partnerships, like MLT and JumpStart, as well as external diversity scholarships and fellowships, including the Reaching Out for MBA (ROMBA) LGBTQ+ Fellowship and the TOIGO Fellowship
• The potential fit between your professional background, your goals and our program
• What differentiates Darden from other MBA programs
• Any additional questions you may have
