PAD is a student club dedicated to promoting an inclusive, open, and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ students and families. Our mission at PAD is to educate about and improve awareness of LGBTQ+ issues within Darden and the surrounding Charlottesville area and to facilitate networking with other LGBTQ+ communities and business schools as well as diversity-friendly employers.
